HI friends bringing you a savoury oil free recipe. 


SABUDANA KHICHADI RECIPE 


For this you need


Sabudana or sago -100 g


Roasted peanuts - 25g


Green chillies -2 to 3


Curry leaves - 5 to 6


Coriander leaves- for taste


Boiled potatoes -1


Cumin seeds -1/2 t spoon


Salt to taste 


Wash and leave around 1 tablespoon water in the sago and soak it overnight. Now take it in a borosil container. Add roasted crushed peanuts, cumin , curry leaves, green chilliescut in small prices and salt. Add boiled potatoes cut in half inch cubes and mix all the ingredients together. Cover it and put it in microwave at 60 percent power for 6.30 min. Mix once for steam to escape once after 3 min has passed. Now let it cook for remaining time. 


Take out mix coriander and keep it in microwave to rest for 5 min.


Serve hot with raw banana peel chutney or creamy curd by the side.
